The Madrid Chamber of Commerce is organizing a trade mission to South Africa and Mozambique from 10 to 15 June 2012. This activity is aimed at businesses in the infrastructure sector.
Madrid, June, 2012. – The meeting aims to promote the export of Spanish companies in South Africa and Mozambique.
Molecor purpose to participate in the mission is to understand the most common pipe materials in the South African for potable water transport, irrigation, meeting the main hydraulic infrastructure contractors to analyze the advantages of PVC-O pipes and identify business opportunities for the technology implementation to manufacture Oriented PVC pipes.
South Africa has significant natural resources of enormous hydroelectric potential, abundant natural gas reserves, coal and minerals, bauxite, fishing, tourism. It is the first economy in the continent, which brings more than 30% of its GDP. The country reached a GDP 3.4% growth in 2011. Meanwhile, Mozambique has achieved considerable growth in the period 2000-2010. Growth forecasts in 2012 are 7.6%.
