In terms of email security solutions, Protagonist was using an anti spam appliance for its incoming and outgoing filtering needs. The highest concern about this solution was the fact that Protagonist’ servers were not protected against being blacklisted. Due to its rich local infrastructure of servers, Protagonist  decided to switch to the SpamExperts Local Cloud solution, which allows to deploy the SpamExperts filtering system on local hardware, thus creating a fully scalable and private cluster in front of the hosting environment.

Due to SpamExperts' solutions, the most important achievement for Protagonist is two-fold: protect the customers’ inboxes from spam and their IPs from being hacked and blacklisted.
